Lambo Bodykit Transforms Toyota RAV4 Into A Urus

Albermo’s XR51 package takes your run of the mill Toyota RAV4 and turns it into a $ 200,000 Lamborghini Urus.

Whenever supercar manufacturers like Ferrari and Lamborghini unveil a new model, plenty of lustful fans find themselves lamenting that there’s no way an average person will ever get to even ride in, much less own, one of these six and seven-figure beauties.

For anyone with a desperate need to feel like they’re behind the wheel of a Lamborghini Urus, a Japanese tuning company has unveiled a body kit based on the Toyota RAV4 that looks, well, pretty questionable. Does it look better than a regular RAV4? Maybe. Really, this all comes down to taste.

The Lamborghini Urus starts above $ 200,000 while a RAV4 costs just over one-tenth as much. Toyota can be proud that the RAV4’s reputation as a perfect commuter crossover has led to the model becoming the best-selling SUV of all time.

But to at least a few owners, that means that the millions of other RAV4s they see on the road aren’t helping them feel exclusive, wealthy, and unique. Enter Albermo, which sells the XR51 package to help with such unfortunate feelings.

The highlight of the XR51 package is the front end, where the Lamborghini’s distinctive style comes out in the form of angled, aggressive intake and headlight designs. No, it’s not quite a match to the Urus but then again, no one’s going to be fooled by some faux exhaust notes, either.

Daytime running lights and even parking sensors are part of the package, which costs about $ 2,300 when converted from the Yen.

Individual pieces like the rear end and extended side skirts can also be purchased individually, which is probably a good thing given that actual Urus owners might immediately feel the urge to key any RAV4 they see with this modification. To each his own, I suppose.
